The EDGE! program offers out-of-school opportunities for 6-18 year old children and youth to experience, develop, grow and excel by participation in "cutting-edge" art, fitness, life skills and adventure activities, known as Art EDGE!, Fit EDGE!, Life EDGE!, and Adventure EDGE!.

red diamond bullet Art EDGE! promotes learning by doing and focuses on the development of lifetime skills while exposing participants to the arts. Art EDGE! activities increase creative development while building self esteem. Programs in the Art area have included Scrap Happy, Scribbles to Sketches, Sweets and Treats, and Curtain Call.

red diamond bullet Fit EDGE! educates and encourages children and youth to incorporate a healthier lifestyle through physical activity and nutritional awareness programs. Programs that have been offered in the Fit area include: Explosive Performance, Beyond Bowling, Adventure Quest, Crossfit for Kids, and Water Sports

red diamond bullet Life EDGE! imparts upon children and youth the skills needed for life long growth as well as the exploration of future career fields. Programs that have been offered in the Life area include: Triple Play, 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, and Ace of Cakes.

red diamond bullet Adventure EDGE! encourages children and youth to embrace the outdoors and nature while being exposed to activities that stimulate relaxation. Programs that have been offered in the Adventure area include: Saddle Up, Airbound, Indoor Archery, Ski School, Bow Madness and Skeet Shooting.

Eligibility: Children and youth ages 6-18 years old.

Costs: FREE for youth ages 11-18 years old.

Transportation available: Children who attend onpost schools can be transported by a CYS Services bus from the school to the designated program area.
