POLICY ON MAKE-UP CLASSES

Make-up classes are offered to students who have missed a class due to a holiday or class cancellation due to inclement weather or instructor absence.

Due to class size, adult-child ratio requirements, and scheduling issues, we are unable to make-up regularly scheduled classes missed by students due to illness, travel, or other family scheduling conflicts. Ordinarily, refunds are not given for classes missed for these reasons.

In some cases and if scheduling permits, private music lessons may be made-up, provided at least 24-hours notice has been given to the instructor.

If you need to schedule an approved make-up class or lesson, please inform your child's instructor, or call the CYS SKIES Instructional Programs Office at 684-3207.
