The Parent Advisory Forum is a way CYS can involve parents actively and directly in quality assurance initiatives within CYS programs. In this high-tech, IT world most people find it easier to have 24/7 access and this internet capability allows our more mobile patron base to participate whether at home or on the road. Input will be used to improve quality and minimize the risk of child abuse in CYS settings. This forum provides opportunities for parents to provide feedback to CYS staff and FCC providers from a parental perspective. It also ensures CYS operational procedures are supporting children and familial needs for safe, affordable, accessible quality care.
